Charles and Sue’s School of Hair Design was founded in 1971. The school was moved to its current location in 1979. The facility was built and designed for the express purpose of training students in the theory and practice of cosmetology.
Charles & Sue’s School of Hair Design mission is to prepare graduates for careers in cosmetology arts and sciences and/or related and/or unrelated fields. The school continuously strives to improve its operation and keep alert of the ever-changing developments and techniques in cosmetology. It abides by all rules and regulations of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and all such codes and regulations established by city, state and federal authority. Charles & Sue’s purchases only high grade standard equipment, cosmetics and supplies to be used for instruction and training of its students. The school strives to create and maintain honest and fair relationships with its staff, students, patrons, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Accrediting Commission and all others.
The school is regulated and licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The school is also accredited by the The National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences, Inc. (NACCAS).
